Using FaxFinder

FaxFinder Account Permissions

FaxFinder is our electronic fax service replacing the standard fax machine.  Do you miss the sound of your old fax machine and want to experience that blissful screeching sound while using FaxFinder? No problem; just click here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSRG0TqxLWc.

To send a fax with FaxFinder, your email address must first be configured with the appropriate permissions for your school.  If you are not yet set up as a FaxFinder user, please get in touch with techsupport@pb.k12.mo.us for assistance.  If you don't fax frequently, please see your building secretary for help with sending your document.

Sending a Fax

To send a fax, you will compose a new email and address the recipient field to: FaxNumber@faxfinder.cloud (ex. 5735551234@faxfinder.cloud). Note that the address is @faxfinder.cloud, not faxfinder.com - this is a common mistake.

The subject line of your email will become the subject line on the cover page of your fax; any message you type in the body of your email will show up on the cover page of your fax.

Supported Attachments

Any attachments you add to your message will be additional pages on your fax.  FaxFinder currently supports the following file types:

  • .doc - Word document
  • .docx - Word document
  • .xls - Excel document
  • .xlsx - Excel document
  • .ppt - PowerPoint document
  • .pptx - PowerPoint document

Receiving Faxes

Incoming faxes are delivered to a group of individuals in each building responsible for forwarding incoming faxes to the recipient.  See your building secretary for information on incoming faxes.
