Student Google Accounts

New Account Creation

New Students & In-State Transfers

When a new student enrolls or transfers from another Missouri school district, their Google account generates each night automatically. Overnight, Infinite Campus will send the appropriate student data to our educational resources and automatically roster students in applications where Clever rostering integration has been established.

All student accounts will follow the same pattern when initially created, so if you ever have a new student enroll, here's the pattern their email and initial password follows:

Student email addresses are always the first initial of their first name, the last three digits of their student ID#, and their last name (ex. a123badgley@pb.k12.mo.us). Our initial passwords for new students will always follow the mmddyyyy birthdate format. As soon as your new students log in with their temporary password, they will be asked to set a new account password.

Out-of-State Transfers

Students who transfer from out-of-state schools will be given a temporary MOSIS ID number that begins with 9999, and these ID numbers will not trigger new accounts to be created for that student. These students may require additional time as their permanent MOSIS ID is created. When the student has been assigned a permanent MOSIS ID number, their accounts will be made following the same process above and be ready to go the following morning.

Prior Year and Returning Students

Students who do not finish the academic school year will lose access to their Google account once they are dropped in Infinite Campus. We often have students who transfer out of the district and return to us the following year - these students will not have their prior Google account and will need to follow the same process for logging in as a new student.

Students who transfer out of Poplar Bluff and return within the same school year can log back into their Google account the day following their re-enrollment. They will use the same password established when they first logged into their account. If a student needs assistance logging back into their account, please email techsupport@pb.k12.mo.us for assistance.
