Kite Portal - MAP-A Assessment

The MAP-A test is administered through the Kite Student Portal secure testing platform.  This platform is installed and available on any district-managed Chromebook.  The Kite platform is a secure testing environment and disables the ability to open multiple tabs, take screenshots, etc.

Kite on Chromebooks

To access Kite, you must completely log out of the Chromebook and return to the initial login screen.  Once logged out, you will see a menu button on the bottom left corner of the screen called Apps.  This is where you will find secure testing platforms on Chromebooks.

Exiting Kite Student Portal

To exit the Kite, hold the power button on your Chromebook for a second until the option to Sign Out appears.
