3CX Web Client
The 3CX web client is an easy-to-use, completely web-based version of your account. You can make and receive phone calls, check voicemails, set your status, or chat using any modern browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Logging in to the 3CX Web Application
To log in to the 3CX web client, you'll want to bookmark or remember the URL:
- 3CX Web Client: https://pbk12.mo.3cx.us:5001/webclient/
Note: At school, you may see the warning message below. You'll want to click the Advanced button and then Proceed on this screen. You'll only see this message inside the district network - you should not see this message at home or while traveling.

The 3CX Web Client login screen will give you the option to log in three different ways:
- Extension number and the password (contained in your 3CX welcome email)
- Microsoft account
- Google Workspace account

If you've lost your welcome email, please reach out to techsupprt@pb.k12.mo.us and we can send a new message to your school email address.
Using the Web Client
From the 3CX web client, you can make and receive calls by clicking on the phone icon next to the contact or through the Dialer Menu highlighted below. Note the drop-down menu on the Dialer Menu that says "Call using:" - this option will allow you to place a call entirely within your web browser using your microphone and speakers or transfer the call over to your desktop phone.

Accessing the 3CX QR Code
While in the 3CX web client, you can click on the QR code icon in the top right icon panel. Clicking on this icon will show you the QR code for your extension which you can scan to set up your 3CX mobile application for iOS or Android.
